Hospice

Family Hospice provides palliative care that address the physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions of service for the terminally ill as an integrated whole. Patients facing these difficult challenges have the right to live their final days comfortable, to the fullest extent possible, and to experience a dignified and peaceful death. Family Hospice services are designed to support the patient's and family's decisions during their final stages of life.

Family Hospice's team of professionals and volunteers are highly trained and experienced. The team includes a specific Nurse case manager, Medical social service workers, chaplains, certified nursing assistants, therapists and dieticians. Family Hospice's team provides comprehensive care to individuals and their families and supports them in the process of death and bereavement.
