Levels of Care

Routine Home Care

We bring care to wherever you call home.  We provide care that is comfortable for our patients and their families. Our team of professionals schedule regular home visits to ensure that medical, social and emotional/spiritual needs are met.

Respite Care

Most patients have unpaid caregivers who are family members or close friends. When caregivers need a rest from their care-giving responsibilities, patients can stay in a hospital or other inpatient care center for up to five days.

Continuous Care

Sometimes a patient has a medical crisis that needs close medical attention but does not rise to the level of inpatient care. If the medical situation can be managed at home, hospice staff will remain at a patient's home for an extended period of time. When the crisis is over, the patient can return to routine care in the home.

General Inpatient Care

If pain or symptoms cannot be controlled at home, a patient might go to a hospital or other inpatient care center. This is usually a short-term visit. When symptoms are under control, the patient can return home. The goal of hospice is to manage care in a patient's home whenever possible.
