Your Medicare plan covers Home Health at 100% as long as the following conditions apply.

1. Your doctor has ordered Home Health
2. You have a skilled need for nursing or therapy
3. You are home bound, meaning, it is difficult for you to leave your home
4. You are using a Medicare approved home health agency

Home Health Care is covered by most private health insurance companies, and by State Medicaid Programs.
